We use your email address to send transactional emails related to the services you participate in. We will email you about things like signup and subscription confirmations, deliveries, service updates, and important changes to recycling guidelines. We do not share your email address with third-parties.

We use your street-address to help you find a location for a Block Bin, as well as to associate the Block Bin to your address. Your email address will not be publicly associated to your physical address. Requests and Block Bins contain your address and will be publicly visible, but any associated personally-identifiable-information about participants is private.

We use Google Analytics on this site and its associated cookies.

If you subscribe to a Block Bin, your billing information is collected via Stripe. Your billing information is handled entirely by Stripe, and is inaccessible to third parties. Stripe encrypts and retains your payment methods on behalf of Block Bins to provide subscription services. Block Bins can only view expiration date, zip code, and last four digits of a payment method you provide.
